Cygnus, he and V.I.N.CENT. soon became friends. He's also the personal guide to the Palomino crew aboard the Cygnus, informing them about what really happened to the ship and its crew...

U.S.S. Cygnus: S.T.A.R. (Special Troops Arms Regiment) (Tom McLoughlin)S.T.A.R., sharpshooting ace and captain of all the Sentry Robots, which he was the prototype model for. He also was Reinhardt's number one until Maximillian was constructed. He was destroyed in a sharpshooting challenge against V.I.N.CENT..
