If the choice is offered, I'll definitely go for a refund and place my order locally this time...

I just hope this will end my struggle for a complete Centurion costume which has raged for 5 years now!

Have you come out of the shadow of Shadow Dale? Did you get your money back?

Unfortunately, there is nothing new to report.

I haven't heard/read anything from them for months!

Perhaps Darth Clayton, who's also waiting for his replacement suit to arrive, has received any word from them...

You or Red Eye might mention in a future email to Shadow Dale that there are several hundred members at BYC and as THE authority on classic Cylons he might want to make good on his offerings to our members, who else is going to buy Cylon Centurion under suits!!?

HOLY MOLY! I was reading this thread at the beginning and thought wow it's nice someone makes the undersuit but now?? holy crapster chromies! this totally stinks!
I feel for you guys that lost their money on this. If I was looking for a suit and someone told me three months I would go elsewhere, there is no excuse for any prop , model kit or costume maker to take three months to deliver anything. I hope you guys find a way to get your money back my suggestion would be to email them and include the names of each person owed telling them they have 1 week to issue a refund or supply the item and tell them if they do not a class action suit will be filed in your city (for which they have to travel to to defend the claim against them, if they fail to appear you win) It's all about using the language that they will understand and they will understand legal talk for sure. If you need help I can draft up such email, it worked when I tried to get a prop kit from a clown in Colorado.

We (both Darth Clayton and I) tried many times to contact them, but they simply refuse to reply.

I even filed a comlaint against them at the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center).

No luck at all...
