Hummm... I can't read it to know, is it a kit or a complete (and chromed) helmet? And I'm not sure on the starting bid either... is it $100.00? (A bit high if a kit you have to build)

Okay, I found the same auction in English :)
It is a kit - but it is a good deal since eye electronics are included.

The seller has a good rating... Snap it up if you are looking for a helmet to start your build :)

And... I see that seller has more prop/helmet kits for sale. Should be a good deal, they must know what they are doing making stuff for builders.

If it has working electronics that is a good deal. Ask for the video since he posted he has a file to share. If it is something like 10 lights or so that just a waste, and not a deal at all.

The first photo and last two photos are of my fiberglass helmet. The first helmet is a completely different helmet all together. The plating job on that helmet alone was $500. This is because its real chrome not vacuum metalized. Buyer beware.

Thanks for your answers! :salute:
I'm still trying to find my way in the world of Cylon armor.

@ C.O.R.A: I've heard very positive sounds from members of this forum, abouth the armor you're offering!

I'm trying to find out where I can get it Chromed and what the costs will be.
I've read that the preparation of the parts is very important to make the chroming a success, and that it costs lots of time to do so.
I do not know if I have the skills (and time).
I will start with the helmet, just as I did with my TK armor.
At this point I'm considering a fully build and chromed helmet, instead of a kit.
But still not sure..... :cylon:

Starting with a helmet is a good way to go - I have lots of trooper stuff, and just got a Cylon helmet kit a few months ago because space limited another full size "person" in the apartment. If you get one already vac-metalized, take your time so as not to chip off the finish on the edges you are cutting/sanding.
