Piping,welt cord size?

Post by Ruffkintoy » Fri Apr 02, 2010 11:52 am

Does anyone know what the proper thickness of piping or welt cord is for the ribbing? I need to get that ordered yet but didn't want to get something to small or large.

I'm not sure of the screen accurate size - great question!

GoldCylon... could you please measure?

One problem is the cord has material over it, but the best guess with the tape measure is 1/8 of an inch.

Hummmm... I was planning on getting 9mm for my cording. 1/8th is very small... but I guess the vinyl would "beef" it up a little bit.

Thanks Goldcylon, I'll look for that size.
