Awesome video.. Where did you get that fancy back strap? Mine just came with the black elastic.. Also mine didn't come with the piece that goes around your torso for the backpack, it just has the two up at the top that attach to the collar.. :?
I made the back bar just using some styrene, fablon and elastic and velcro I also made the extra strap that hold the backpack to the back I also modded the gloves and added the inner part on the boot armour again using styrene and fablon. I also made a new skirt and added edging to all the exposed edges on the armour.
Plus had to restich many parts on the undersuit as it fell to pieces after the first troop

One last question (I think).. What do you use on your armor for cleaning & fingerprints, and also what about care for the undersuit?

For cleaning the armour to be honest I used window cleaner. As it evaporates and leaves no streaks. Avoid using any type of wax polish...... for washing the undersuit I just used a washing machine on a delicate wash cycle. And also dried it in the washer/dryer I had no problems. The patches on the Krop undersuit are terrible. And are finished off very poorly. I used a permanent black marker pen just to colour the edges of the foam patches to blacken them up so that the edges were less noticeable...

Always happy to help...

Time to suit this guy up, get a chrome cap for him with a red light, and he is dialed in.

Sorry it has been a while ............... infiltrating the 501st is not an easy task for a single Cylon.

I WILL BE AT DC! Staying at the Marriott and leaving TODAY! I am quite tall and usually dwarf other Cylons but would love to troop with some others!

Here's a picture of my freaky tallness next to Richard Hatch ..... notice he is on his tippy toes to make himself look taller (wife noticed). I will code my cell number at the bottom if anyone wants to get together. I will also be at the BSG party Saturday night.

OOOPPS ......... sorry have not downloaded that picture yet:(.

Good looking costumes you have there, but that bottom one I don't recall a Fett wearing that extra stuff, is that a real type SW costume, or made up on the fly?

Richard did something similar with me. I have a picture of him somewhere standing on a chair to be taller than me in the cylon.

The character is from the Star Wars extended universe - he is Darth Revan. And Mardikrewe did a great job on his suit!!!
Like to Revan character bio here.

You know, from the look of those two SW guys, you can see that the Cylons still put fear in those who see them! Looks like you had a great time...

Well here it is, my first costume shot. This is from the DrgaonCon parade this past Saturday.. I was pretty happy with it, but I know I've got to change some things.

It was also great to hang out and talk with Jeff (aka mardikrewe) at the Con and also at the Colonial Fleet Party on Saturday night at DragonCon.. We had a ton of photos taken of us at the party as we were the "HIT" of the night..
