well, I have 2 wip threads on this..but...I would really like some opinions on this..and I am asking those of you
from the BSG Community.

I have actually since lengthened the trails since I made this.

Thought you might like a Raw SS/Image from the video...I set it on my Desktop..though could use a lil refinement..if possible
( Thrstrs Glow Diffuse ) [Still not finished skinning the model]Others may like..maybe not...offerin it anyway.

Still am planning on using this Raider in The Arrival short. Just taking weeks on end to render the new opening clips.

Oh BTW the first segment reminds me how the new series fired their weapons, while the 2nd segment had a true look, and feel to the originals. Great work.

I do not get many compliments.so...this Tin Can feels something when it does.

Can I suggest having three Raiders vs. just two? I always picture Raiders flying in groups of three in my mind as they often did in classic BSG.

You know,,I have always wanted and used to do that..as in the 3 Raider Tier.
Kind of as a homage also.

But...that would be fairly easy to do in scene,,but would probably require a week of re-rendering each clip.

besides...I got an update on the Arrival am posting in a separate thread.

I still want to use a 3 tier look when I think it will fit into my mindset of things in video shorts.
I have that 3 tier Raider pass from the show is drilled into my head..yet I have yet to actually
make a clip like the show.

What made some of the shows look like they do,, is because it was composited in the camera at the time.

Oh..Likes the Book so far..The Vault.
