Agreed - it appears that the concept of "good enough" that's plagued production kit designers for decades is no longer good enough and they're actually paying attention to what the fans really want. My guess is that they have a new generation of employees who grew up on "good enough" kits, who were fans of the kits being made, and who decided to join these kinds of companies when they grew up and make kits that went far beyond status-quo mediocrity.tejanovader wrote:So, essentially, all the great modelling ideas I see on this modeling forum will come into play for these amazing kits.......I am thrilled!
It would also appear that the bean counter suits have also found a way to make more accurate models and make a profit at the same time (or at the very least break even), or they likely would not have approved the effort in the first place. That is a double-bonus and a sign of good things to come in the future.
