Undersuit question...
In the original undersuit, could someone please tell me what the rings are made up from on the waist neck and arms? Its difficult to see in detail in many pictures. Are they rings of metal attached to the costume or secured by some means or are they a kind of material piping stitched into the undersuit?

Hey Nash the under suit rings is known as piping, or welding cord. The material can be just about anything like thin rope, or a foam core, or what ever the fabric shop has in stock, or what ever the person sewing it together likes using. I haven;t cut my suit open to verify what the tubbing is, but I was told years ago it is a rubber tubbing with a metal wire running in the rubber. To help make it firm, but the after mark suits that were made for me had two different materials used, and the weren't the rubber pipping, and they worked just fine.

Cheers Dale regarding the piping on the undersuit, what is the approximate colour of the original undersuit. As many of the pictures of the cylon vary. I would like to know what is the original colour. Please use the HEX chart if possible.

Well looking over that chart it isn't that easy to figure out the best fir. I can't run and downstairs looking, and guess, nor can I carry the Cylon down stairs to look, but I found these two sample that seem pretty darn close.
