That Cylon is Spector, and he is a rogue I.L. Series Cylon if you ask Lucifer. Less computing power thus he must have a smaller head. So problem solved. You now have a Spector helmet.  :erk: :nah: :wtf:

I have highlighted the bottom edge of the cone piece I have done. It is also the edge that the clear area stops. the dome in the pic has 50 pieces in it. :wtf:

Perhaps it may be the ears that is throwing things off. I haven't given up, it just takes a long time to cut the small pieces out and glue them together. I have decided to go ahead with the 20% upscale and do another, mostly for my piece of mind.
The dome is the simplest part of the whole thing.

Continuing with the IL head build.

I have the new prototype of the cone area done. The circumference of the bottom edge is close to my head size, 22 inches, So I think it is close to actual size as compared to the cylon helmet shown.

Here is what I have got done. Better pics during daylight. Total height is 16 inches, 8.72 inches wide ear to ear, and 10 inches front to back.

You could call it a teaser

Say, what is your Centurion helmet made out of? Is it Styrene or Fiberglass?
