The intro to the telemovie which was edited together using the namegiving episode "Experiment in Terra" and "The Return of Starbuck" of "Galactica 1980".

It contains some extra scenes and revised continuity. Unique to all other telemovies, this version features new footage of an earth astronaut finding the Galactica log book floating in space.

It also retells the history of the original reptilian Cylons with new artwork by Jerry Gebr.
