The infamous "Lights of Caprica" shot, in which the Apogee special effects team "wrote" the words "F*** Off" by using the lights of the city below. This was done as reply to the dispute between Universal Studios and 20th Century Fox, which (unsuccessfully) sued the makers of "Battlestar Galactica" for trying to do a rip-off of "Star Wars".
