Hi i have a cylon that i bought from Kropserkel about 2 years ago and im after replacing the undersuit i have ive seen pics of the one that the above company do this looks really good and im not keen on the one that my cylon has at the moment. The one that Shadow do looks really good and alot better than the undersuit that Kropserkel do. Any way does anyone have one that they bought from Shadow?? Any pics of it with your full cylon armour on it?? Also i live in England will they post there how much etc??? Like i said this looks good that Shadow do also do they make it made to measure?? Only my cylon is on shop dummy that stands at 6 foot tall hoping to have a gold cylon one day?

You need to PM the memember nashslah here... he was looking to sell his entire Cylon suit recently (moving out of the UK to Asia). Maybe he's not yet left. He made his own undersuit - there is a thread about it in the Cylon Builders Forum - VERY VERY NICE

I'm not sure about Shadow Dale myself from a suit in person, but I've seen his work in photos - and it IS totally awesome. If you have the money I think it is well worth it.

After I've had enough of waiting for my undersuit, which I'm waiting for over three years now without having even seen any progress, I've finally ordered my undersuit from Shadow Dale Creations about one month ago.

The communication with the customer service is great, I've asked a question and get an answer the same day within just a few hours, in some cases even minutes... they told me that everything should be finished within three months... but I've read in some other forums that it could take a little longer so if you need your undersuit for some convention or something, please be aware of that.

womo68, who's also a member at this forum, were the first person that I know of who ordered a suit from them. Maybe you should try to contact him for some additional pics. In this thread you'll also find two pics of his completed suit (unfortunately without any armor on it): viewtopic.php?f=7&t=841&start=15

The undersuit costs $600.00 to create and you have to pay a 50% deposit to book an order. Naturally, they'll need your body measurements as well. The required measurements can also be found on their website. As for the shipping, they've stated that international shipping would be $30.

Im so excited about my Krop undersuit that Ill be ordering one soon also.

Good things have come to a bad end for Shadow Dale Creations now...

My satisfaction about them has now turned to anger since I haven't heard a peep from them despite of countless attempts getting in touch with them!

So I've given them a final deadline of one week now. If they still refuse to reply, I feel impelled to charge back the full amount and have to try finding a local seamstress taking care of my undersuit.

I really hate to do things like this but it seems it's the only language they'll understand.

Let's hope all will come to a good end after the desastrous first attempt getting my suit done (which also failed) and the long, long time of waiting!

It's really annoying to know that it takes THREE attempts getting only ONE Cylon undersuit done!

Shadow Dale has been band on many web forum sites because of their lack of ability to keep up with orders they have taken. They have a lack of communication with their customers also. They make a so so product, and hide behind the cloak of time to see if they can pull the project off in a open ended time frame before anyone takes steps to collect their funds back.

I now have filed a complaint against Shadow Dale Creations at the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.

I hope it will accelerate the process and I'd be able to receive my suit or get my money back after all this time!

Oh, by the way: On their website, they've increased the price for the undersuit from $600 to $750!

Shadow Dale has done made our Imperious Leader MAD - YIKES... that site is connected to the FBI.

I hope they can get your money back for you.
At this point if you do get a suit, my guess is, it will probably be half-@$$'d, rushed, and no where near worth what you paid. If the IC3 asks which you'd want more, I'd suggest you opt for a refund.

AND SHADOW DALE RAISED THE PRICE?!
WHAT? ... why would the cost of nothing go up!?
