Profiles in History Galactica-auctions (prices realized)

Post by Red Eye » Sat Mar 20, 2010 8:08 am

As promised, here's the list of the realized prices for every Galactica-related item which were sold during Profiles in History's Hollywood Memorabilia Auctions #16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 30, 31 & 36.

Enjoy!

I've added it all up - that is a total of $474,775.00 for Galactica history!!! :)
[Including the hero Lucifer that was sold later, not at auction]

Man, why didn't I just get all that stuff with the "extra half a million" that I have "just laying around?"
..........I WISH! ;)

Oh, I was worried about Cylon's holding their value... but they shot back up
2003 Auction - $27,500
2005 Auction - $25,000
2008 Auction - $55,000 [but this one states "complete Cylon]

AWESOME POST RED EYE! (as always)
This is some great info. Funny that no one wanted to buy Dr. Zee's suit  But they did sell some G1980 stuff the second time around :P.

Maybe if we can't "buy" stuff at the auction we could be hired by some rich person to bid for them! That would be WAY fun.

The 2008 Cylon wasn't a completely screen used costume. Parts of it were like everything but the armor. The chromed pieces were made for Jean-Pierre Dorl

I've given the PiH prices realized list a long overdue update.

The prices of the 40th Hollywood Auction are now included.

I was thinking about that many times...

He wasn't sold during the 16th auction. At auction 20, the costume was relisted and sold for $6.000

But soon, we can see him again in October at the Sci-Fi Museum in Seattle...
