The Golden State Pops Orchestra will be performing music composed by Stu Phillips at the Warner Grand Theater in San Pedro, CA. It will feature the world premiere of his orchestral work titled "Variations for Piano & Orchestra," as well as music from "Battlestar Galactica"... "Knight Rider"... "Buck Rogers" and "The Name of the Game is Kill." Bear McCreary will also be on hand to conduct his arrangements of the "Galactica" theme used in the current BSG TV show.

I did the Star Wars concert last weekend. It was a awesome show, and maybe just maybe I'll take the 5 hour drive to LA to see the BSG concert this weekend.

It is going to be SO COOL - here is the info:

Yes that was the show I saw. I think, just a guess that the tour has two set up traveling around, and the people on the tour at least Antony Daniels, and the conductor are traveling via air because they played the day before or the day after the Sacramento show in S.Cal, and there is no way the set could be taken down road travel 8 hours, and set back up for an other show the next day. Just my thoughts and guess what is going on.

OK I am going, and have my ticket. I am meeting a friend Joe who I think is a board member, who has dealt with a few board members on rifles I believe.

That was upper deck balcony. I was in the VIP section with some major Hollywood movers, and shakers. It was a night to remember. No not the Titanic movie with the same name.
