Metal mouth grill interest

I am thinking about making replica copies of my metal mouth grill piece. This would be a 1st time offering of the metal grill. I will research the final cost per unit if I collect 15 people or 15 sold units.

What do you guess cost would be with that many people signed up?
How would that attach to a plastic helmet? Some sort of epoxy?

So far the few places I have talked with aren't really interested in the work. To small of a job, via the rate they want to charge per piece isn't worth the cost. One place wanted $10K as a set up fee with out even making a single grill.
Also the grill still attaches the same method as the resin, or plastic version.
