1978 Battlestar Galactica in 1979 Buck Rogers

Post by Cylon-Knight » Tue Jun 30, 2009 8:35 pm

Our very own Red Eye has found some GREAT reference material that shows props/costumes from Classic 1978 Battlestar being reused in 1979's Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. I was surprised just how many items are on the list.

VERY COOL stuff. I've put 20 single pages into one file, it is a larger download, but well worth it.

6.3 MB PDF download here.

I was reading about Buck Rogers more last night...

It has an interesting note about how Buck season one was "earth bound" and season two was "space bound."

They went to space (on the ship) to be more like Battlestar Galactica, more options for plots out in space they noted. However, it backfired. More fans like the Earth shows better. I would agree.

You're correct Dale!

Now you see that it's not easy to keep an eye on everything by that kind of "re-use madness".
