YEAR?...Oh man as fast as this has been moving the past few weeks I thought it would be a slam dunk finished in a few days, maybe a few weeks. Oh well, looking forward to Christmas now.

Fantastic looking! Its great to see this realised in "the flesh" Are you going to whip up a throne out of plywood to display the suit in? you could attach wheels to the throne and be pulled around by a centurion, rickshaw-style.....
