Best Battle scene from original series

Hi Everyone,

I am doing a masters project at the university of york looking at recreating and enhancing the sound for battlestar galactica using modern recording and surround sound techniques.

I don't know the series that well and really don't want to sit through every episode.

Could anyone suggest some good scenes to choose for my project. I really want to do a good spaceship fight scene with lots of lasers and ships flying in all directions to make use of the surround sound. Explosions would be good as well.

James welcome on board. The over all best best sound effects could be from a couple of episodes. The 2 part series The Living Legend, and the final episode The Hand of God. A lot of battle sounds in those two episodes.

Also, could you point me in the direction of a couple of scenes where lots of people are inside a ship that's being attacked from the outside.

Fire in Space Sigh... Sadly true and it was pieced togehter for so many of the other shows..

Your right, but the attack scenes with the crew is original, and I think he was looking for personal reactions while under attack.
