My name sake has been turned in a Razor Cylon. This just rocks, the original Cylon concept Cylon is made into a Gold Cylon commander by the guys that did the original CG work for the Razor movie. They also released some new photos. Check out the photo gallery section for new Razor Cylon photos. http://byyourcommand.net/photogallery/Razor?page=13

Check out this bad @$$ rifle. The retro Cylons rock, and so do the weapons.

I really like the look of that gold cylon!

Interesting that they have based the weapon off the M60 GPMG. Although if Star Wars can base all their weapons of real world items why cant BSG.

Yes the real world rifle with the tweaks applied to the weapon has a very cool appeal to it. That Cylon is waiting for me to edit it for a new icon.

I was blown away by the detail of these photos. They exceed anything else I have seen before. These were used in house while in production.

Hey Dale--Does this motivate you more on finishing the razor cylon head you started? How are you doing on it?

I have been working on it a little bit over the past week. I was over run with the finishing up work on the Dave Lowe concept Cylon helmet I sculpted, and then cast. The casting wasn't as good of a casting as I had hoped, and for the most part it is done, except a few things. Next to send it out after the small minor item to be chromed. Once chromed Dave Lowe will detail it out with the battle scars / damage of a true Cylon warrior. I'll get back to the Razor helmet maybe this long 3 day weekend, but I doubt till then. I have really motivated to get the done, but disapointed in the slow results. I want it done now type of thing, but want it to look right, so slow is the best way to get this done.
