MATTEL CYLONS

MATTEL CYLONS

12 inch Figure

Very poor example of a Cylon, the only resemblance is the helmet (poorly sculpted)!
The rest of the details are nothing related to the subject.
Apparently they used moldings from old figures for both the cylon and colonial warrior, just creating several new parts for each.
Both figures were a waste of time, if you are genuinely a Battlestar Galactica collector.
(No stars for either figure)

3 Inch Figures
The smaller, 3 inch figures are very marginally better, but not much!
A lot of details missing with inaccurate/missing paintwork.
The crome finish is good, where correctly applied.

Same as gold version, Silver on knee sheaths/gauntlets included here, though! Gloves should be black!
Silver finish is missing in places it should be and added in wrong place!
Very basic sculpting with poor articulation!

I've got a smaller figure to customize as "me" in my costume. I even created a Cylon-Knight card back for it, but that hard drive crashed. UUUUGH :erk: Maybe an expert can get my data out one day when I have the extra money. Or I'll just rebuild him - faster, stronger, Cylon-er. ;)

I need a 12" Cylon still. But the cost is a lot and the ones I see are always imcomplete to boot. Pass.
