It runs about 2 hours 42 minutes, including a few minutes of extras like a commercial break from the original broadcast.

162 minutes, I take it you've just put 23 minutes worth of deleted scenes (out of 33) back in, what's the quality of them like? The quality on the DVD / BD sets isn't great.

They're sourced from the DVD. I've done a bit of tint correction on some and added some treble to the audio, also added music and sound effects where appropriate, but the image quality is what it is.
