I was gonna make a little metal foundry and melt aluminum cans down. I saw it on YouTube where they used the foam to make the form and then when the hot aluminum was poured into the sand that holds the form it takes that shape

Are you asking me Jim? I'm just commissioned for a sword. No scabbard or belt.

Yeah, the "sword belt" can be just any standard belt for blue jeans and the like.
Here is a screen used scabbard with measuring tape on the mount.

You can see how it's nothing too elaborate, a small, narrow standard belt goes through the loop:

It isn't really any precious, hard to find, found object / vintage item to acquire.
I suppose there was a common one used in production but that's lost to the ages or screen used owners who need to tell us what the label says - BY GOLLY! ... Don't worry, for 1:1 you can rock it with just a typical men's belt.

The pommel arrives tomarow. Joining the guard and blade today. Think I got the grain showing taken care of. It's about as smooth as I can get from a motel room. If everything goes well I will start shooting some chrome paint through the week. Won't be mirror are anything factory. But spaz stix holds up very well. Shooting for shipping week after this.....
