Dirk Benedict was lined up to be on the new Galactica pt 2

Again Dirk Benedict was in the minds of the writers of Battlestar Galactica. This time was was lined up to be a bad guy and after thought that wasn't a good idea. It was a great part for him to play, until it was decided he needed to be a cut through Commander Cain in the Pegasus. It would have been great to seen Dirk in uniform again, but not at the cost of being the type of actoress the MICHELLE FORBES as Admiral Helena Cain. Part three of the Pegasus is set to air tonight.
