Today at my house finally my Krop Cylon kit has arrived. I'm so excited but a bit scared of the huge assembly needed. I'll post pics when I get it all out of the box. Kropserkel even included a scabbard for me! I can't wait for comic con... :cylon:

I am starting the rough cutting out of parts. I am taking pics at every stage. I'll be reading the forum from start to finish to make sure I build it correctly. I'm pretty sure I have everything for a complete Centurion now.

Ok here we go. The photos show the first stage rough cutting out. I have done almost all the parts now. It's all laid out in the bedroom. Think the wife may get a bit annoyed with my efforts. Anyway guys - enjoy. *Not sure why that image repeated?*

Great photos - and trim work.

Not sure why the one attachment wants to repeat so much.
I'll have to dig into the database later and see what's up. No biggie... just MORE CHROME! ;)

Thanks for the kind words. I shall take the parts to my flat belt sander next week. I had to stop this evening because of dinner :( Anyway I'll get these parts sanded on the edges and then have a think about how to attach them to my body for wearing. I already have the undersuit being made for me - I want to get the complete project ready to wear within the next month so keep watching this space.

My build is progressing. I have put together some parts. Not perfect yet but they are almost there. The list of 'almost' completed parts are:
Gloves
Boots
Battery Belt
Voice Sampler
Eye scanner sound and amp

Under suit parts are almost complete as my ex wife is a dab hand with a sewing machine and is really enjoying making. She would be happy to make some parts for others so I am told. Watch this space and I will post pictures soon. (when I take delivery of items.)

The parts that are complete and no further work to do are:
Helmet
Neck Gorget

A few more weeks and I will have it all together :cylon:

Cooper Gloves - not quite as an original on screen cylon as they are a modern material. I do need to paint the gloves black when I get some spray paint. I decided to go with silver bands around the wrists. I know they are not like that on the original screen used but I like them and to be honest I am doing a few things with my cylon build that are not 100% screen accurate but make me happy.
