Back in 2011 Glen took actions against Universal Studios for reruns profits that he was being denied. Universal got wind they he was sick, and dieing and decided to drag out the settlement. That would give Universal a stronger arm to settle since the estate manager didn't have an attachment like a mother does child to the shows. Meaning they could offer less, and they would accept the offer. Although details haven't been released I pretty sure this is what happened IMHO.

Sad that Universal pulled such a trick on Glen who was key in so many of the properties they have.

Pretty low tactics IMHO. Universal is so large they can wait you out I guess
