What are your opinions of their cylon ? I'm betting it's a good platform to move toward a screen accurate costume?

Your esteemed opinions are appreciated :byyourcommand:

A Krop Centurion is a great costume - as is, or with mods.
As you noted, it can be used to start on a more 1:1 1978 screen used looking costume.

Hi mate

My cylon is a modified Krop and I have two half bullet speakers in the top corners of the backpack making the eye sound. I also have two half bullet speakers in the broader part of the chest plate making cylon voices on a random loop. I upgraded the MP3 player that come with the Krop to two iPods so much easier to use when in costume. Speakers and iPods all recharge with the same iPod charger system too.

Hope this helps and gives u an idea! If you need pics let me know.

Regards,

RedaV

I glued a piece of foam rubber in there so it sits just nicely on my nose and doesn't hurt at all!

As for the forearms.... I suggest replacing the gauntlets that Krop provided as they just don't sit right!

Hope this idea helps :)

Thanks mate yeah I believe it's 100% better. It's now one piece but doesn't rub on the helmet anymore and gives me so much more movement of my head which helps with not tripping over small children or prams...... Lol

I did the mod on the sword attaching to the spectate smaller belt as well as added the metal skirt as like the ordinal props instead of the stupid material one that's provided.

Will show pics of all my mods one day when I get some time off work Image
