I saw that costume when the Star Trek Experience traveled in the Sacramento area. It does have a Cylonish look to it for a human form.

I went to the Star Trek Experience in Vegas. Fun. I remember seeing Kirk's green tunic but had forgotten they had Kor's uniform. Also recall Miramanee's outfit, Edith Keeler's hat, Nomad, and a lirpa.
