Universal Studio Cylon two belt?

Post by GoldCylon » Mon Feb 26, 2007 11:57 pm

Check out this photo when the Cylon walking the park. He has a battery power belt on, and it looks like a brown warrior belt also. Any idea or thoughts about the reason for the second belt?

I was wondering about that, too... maybe it was used to hold on the swordsheath ore something? By the way, did you see the boots? They're ordinary lace-up shoes :)

I think those lace up boots are just covers the used on their street shoes. This photo is what was used by the Warriors, and maybe the Cylons also?

That were some of the cheap parts, via they didn't need to be preset in impress a few people walking around the park, or a statue in the BoG building. Just a cost saving cut is all it is.

But at least the undersuit seems to be original.

Where did they get the armor from anyway?

Is it a special production for the ride or did the film crew sent their used armor to the BoG tour, after they had no more use for it?

Many of the broken items that were used on the BSG set made there way to the BoG set. While most of the Cylons in the tour were fiber glass, some were the screen used Cylon. Like the two in the chair viewing the monitors, they were former screen used Cylons. The Imperious Leader was taken from Glen Larson while the show was still in production. Remember the Imperious Leaders face wasn't seen Living Legend, only the back of his head, because he was now inside the BoG tour.

But does the BoG Imperious Leader had another mask, not like that one used in series?

Or borrowed the BoG-team the mask for a short time and created their own mask after returning the original?

When the tour originally opened it was the true Imperious Leader, but later on at some point (a lot of maintained parts and pieces) he was replaced with an other head, but the same face, just no wig this time.
