The chairs starbuck and cy sit on when playing cards. Any one got any detailed pictures of them

The chairs were part of the Cylon Raider cockpit mockup as seen here:





One of them was also on the rotating command platform on the Galactica bridge.

I tried a while searching for those old chairs, but never had any luck. I was once told they were Barcalounger, but never was able to find a photo of the matching chair. The base isn't the original factory style is my thoughts.

Those are some pretty cushy chairs for a bunch of toasters!....

It doesn't appear to be a reclining model. That should narrow the field a little bit.

thanks for putting up those pictures red eye. They have inspired me. When my cylon is finally finished hopefully in about 2 months
I plan on using some sort of flexible mannequin, therefore he is going to need a chair.

Great idea. If you can't find it. Build it. Looks great so far.

Very cool idea. Especially because you are making your Cylon battle worn and rusty the chair could be tattered as if it was part of the crash. What a fantastic war relic that would be.

thanks for the comments. Its one of those projects where I know it will never look 100% accurate but I will my best. I must have watched gary the cylon episode 11 a dozen times trying to get a feel for the dimensions of the chair.
I am assuming the original chairs were made from plastic.
