Looks like Efx is working on a new proto helmet. This helmet needs a lot of work, and I don't know any of the story behind this at all. The photo was sent to me this morning.

Interesting.
As I recall, they had an original helmet on display at various conventions and now they've come up with this prototype version...
I'm curious if they really make it happen.

For shock value this works, but for hardcore Cylon collectors this doesn't work.

I have a hunch the eFX made cylon helmet will cost more
than one from Kropserkel.
Those are pretty darned accurate aren't they?

The efx helmet is a pull off a screen used or a 3D scan of a screen used. Yes it will cost more. The lic fee they will have while Krop isn't lic at all.

Here's a couple photos from Celebration6 of the EFX Cylon.
You can see the faint edge of the chrome tape on the mohawk as if its straight out of the silicone mold
