When I was at the shop it was laid out with work to be done to it, and other stuff stacked on it, but I could see a section of it that was finished. It looked great, but then anything finished about it looks good.

She said that it needs about 5 hours worth of table time, what ever that means.

Dale, what kind of fabric used the seamstress to make the suit?

A heavy plum lycra material. This is a close color match. Image

OK the seller already have our armour enroute to us so hope the undersuit will ready too. Seller stated 3 to 5 days as shipping was via EMS. So her 5 hours are up :-) Unless she is spreading the 5 hours to 1 hour a day or something like that. Anyway as are getting antsy and hope she can produce an undersuit this or next week.

I saw the seam stress last weekend, she moved again, she was forced to move when the space she rented was an illegal sublet. She said 2 1/2 weeks, so now 1 1/2 weeks. I am going down to see her again today, to make sure the time frame is still there.

She has had her problems, and most have seem to be out of her control. A surprise gift from her husband out of the country vacation, then ended up getting sick from it, had surgery and in the hospital almost 2 weeks, then fire upstairs that flooded out her shop, then moved into an illegal sublet, and had to move again. I wouldn't want to be her at all.

I really hope she will show some finished work soon as many are eagerly awaiting the outcome. Hope they look as good as the original. This is one of the tougher items to find screen accurate. Once you have one of these the armor and everything else will fall in its place somehow. KIT Dale.
