Re: I.L. Series head build
Hello everyone,
The I.L. series head is still in process. Real life has slowed me down. If my plans go well, I will have a fiberglass head by the end of May, to use for the vac-form process. I am still looking for a experienced vac-former that has used the PET type clear plastic in their machine to produce a prototype. I will supply the buck (mold).

Re: I.L. Series head build
Don't worry! There are more important things in life than "just" hobby stuff...
So I'm looking forward seeing the first in progress pics by the end of May.
One more question: Will the mouth feature voice activated lighting like in the show?

Red eye, I haven't decided yet on the mouth, but most likely voice activated.
Skullbeast, I am not completely sure, but I am thinking 1/16-1/8 inch.
after I get the bucks done, wee can see any deep angles and any problem area better.

Re: I.L. Series head build
Need help !!
Does anyone know what size the tubing is in the head?
I am thinking 1/2" but my gut says no. If it helps, I think the red eye bars are 6mm. (1/2" = 12.5mm)
How long are the tubes?
12 feet?

Nope, I didn't notice all 203 parts.
Or the several hours it will take to put together.
