Thirty minutes!?

I just read this on wikipedia:
The finished edit of Battlestar Galactica: The Second Coming had a running time of thirty minutes in length. A four minute trailer was later assembled from this thirty minute version and state of the art computer generated special effects were added. The rare thirty minute version of the pilot film has never been shown publicly.
I didn't know that anything existed for The Second Coming other than the trailer!? Seeing the entire pilot would be so cool.

That is about a half truth. A total amount of 32 minutes of film footage that was use able was acquired, but the entire goal was to take and edit it into the trailer release. If a longer version is out there it is a rough cut of the footage all together. I doubt a 32 minute reel was made. I'll put that on my list of things to do or ask when I see Richard and hear his side of the story.

I'm becoming quite interested in this project. With several returning characters... Awsome! I can't believe all that buildup in the trailer would only yield 32 minutes of story. Was there ever any script posted or shown around?
