They did look a lot a like. You're right.

I saw it in RealD 3-D, awesome. There is a lot of the movie in 2-D and they state that at the start, it was how they planned it. I think that's great - only use 3-D when it counts, not just to have it as a gimmick so you will buy a more expensive ticket for nothing. Tron did it RIGHT! :)

Well, in Germany it will be shown on January 27, 2011.

Guess I have to wait a little longer before finally seeing it... :x

OH THAT IS AWEFUL! BUT, it is well worth it. I loved the movie :)

(P.S. And I did read somewhere the other day that Disney IS re-doing The Black Hole)

Indeed, if the new "Tron" remake prove to be a success, they want to give "The Black Hole" a facelift as well...

It would be made by the same team, as far as I know...

Let's hope they don't modernize the look of the robots too much...

OK I finally made it to see it, and Doh!!! I showed up to the standard 2D version. Still liked it, and I did notice the Black Hole poster in the back ground. Also now I know that after watching Arnold doing a cameo in the last Terminator movie, and thought to myself he was looking pretty good. Thought maybe a little CGI work to him even, well confirmed after see how Jeff Bridges looks now, and then. I'd love to see some of the making video, or photos with green felt glued on his face. Loved the movie, and you didn't have to see the original to be in the loop if Legacy. A Cylon thumbs up to Disney and the crew that made this happen.

I was really pleased with this film as well. The 3D is cool but a lot of the film is 2D anyways. I always feel that you get so used to the 3D that it doesn't make a huge difference. A good film is that...a good film. It should be fun to watch even on VHS

But I'm a big fan of the original and I thought the two made each other better!
