It would be good to see the back pack set up as I will soon need to put something together for the vt3.
You've done a great job, I'm made up for you.

Nice work so far, I like the back pack, are the Pringles there in case your hungry
That's a good idea for your battery pack etc nice job, now the next question will be, how fast can you produce the back packs for sale and how much.
I'm still a loooong way off from getting close to doing my costume at the moment.
Nice job so far, keep up the good work.

Ok so this is how the backpack comes together. The speakers are 2x pringles amplified end caps. You can find these on ebay. I noticed that they are the loudest you can get for such a small space and work on 4.5v - 5v which you can supply via an external battery pack or USB power supply if you are any good with a soldering iron.
I went for 4x AA rechargable batteries to keep the signal hiss free. USB supplies tend to have a hiss which is caused by the internal electronics (buck converter) boosting the power from 3.7v to 5v.
You wear this backpack as follows.
Warning to the ladies, I bear my naked chest in these...
And from the side it looks like this sitting nice and high on my back to fit inside the backpack without being seen.
I'll be getting some complete photos taken with me wearing the entire kit when I have a photographer around as I can only get these grainy shots looking in the mirror on my own.
My ex wife made the backpack to the specs I gave her. She would be happy to make some backpacks for people now she has an idea on the pattern. They take her a day to put together so I will get a price she can make them for in the next message.
I'll show the undersuit parts next too.

Ex wife would need between £50 for a standard backpack and £75 if it needs personalisation and extras like lining, zips etc. It does take a day for her and even though it's not making her a fortune she does enjoy making things like this. Message me if you are interested - also you need to let me know if you are having different parts from what I have shown.
Here I am wearing the undersuit trousers showing the vinyl panels.
