The list of the Command Centurions' series appearences is complete with these episodes.

Aside from that, the Command Centurion was also featured in the third theatrical movie "Conquest of the Earth" were they've showed a nice close-up of him which wasn't used in the actual "Hand of God" episode were the scene was originally taken from.

That is clearly the bronze Cylon, and not the Gold guy.
