Both of what? maybe I can help.if i had a working lathe and clear plastic round stock I would run them my self .and probably give them away to the right machines....

Sean both the nozzle and the bayonet.

I can do the bayonet like I put on CKs rifle.if you need it to spec.I need the specs....doe's anyone know how the plexe was frosted.I'm guessing thats what they were made of....

It looks to me if it was just sanded down a bit to give it that frosted look.

yeh.thats what I did on CKs...think I will try deferent things on the plexi.

bead/sand blasting will give a fogged effect

I have a 3/4 inch of play where I can notch for the bayonet. I have about 1/4 inch of depth for the nozzle to set. You can see how wide across it is in the top photo. Can you help ? GC

How about showing more pics of your rifle, GC1?

I can't get a photo like that, since my barrel, and nozzle are one, and taped down. Removing the tape isn't going to happen since it has been in place over 32 years now. I can say the stock of the rifle is cradle like in the shape of the barrel with the nozzle fitting into the barrel. The nozzle is bigger than the barrel, but on the butt of the nozzle it is turned down, or a smaller piece is inserted into it so it will attach to the barrel.

What material is that made of ?almost looks like metal.hhmmm.the problem is cutting a slit for the bayonet.plus the bayonet is flat at the top so you have to bring it down on the stock to make room for the nozzle.If it's a true prop why would you want to alter it?

The acrylic tube on my rifle rides on top of vacuformed pieces, and then held down with electrical tape, but the GC1 photo looks to me like resin, or fiberglass molded around a tube cut out section. The barrel mount section looks like it was original a 3 in X 3 in pieces of wood, rounded on the edges on the bottom, and the softer rounding up top, and then a wide U shape troff down the length so the acrylic tube of a place to sit, and then the electrical tape holding it down.

No its a replica all resin its a heavy bugger. Its in pieces at the moment as im repairing the Strobe feature. If I remember from Dale there was a lot of vacuforming and black electrical tape on the original and a lot lighter

do you have a nozzle for it CG1.and how do you think it would take to drilling a hole in it?I can make a bayonet for you.but it would be hard without a little more details.if you could make a side view picture with were the nozzle would be right at the bottom of the stock would be good.....
