~ Had to slow down/pause for a bit as its the muslim of Ramadan (spiritual etc etc)
Ran into an 'issue' with the faux metal mesh skirt. It seems i can cut it with a normal scissors. However there's warning that it can wear down the blade of the scissors. That's fine. I can sacrifice a pair of scissors should i proceed with the cutting but now the question is on the sewing part. So far none of the seamstress i've asked are willing to do that as they do not want to spoil their sewing machines. I was thinking of cutting the material and folding it so need at least one edge to be sewed then velcroed so it can stick to the back of the top. Oh well...looking at alternatives such as maybe just using fabric. Anyone knows where to get fabrics that can passed as Cylon skirting?
On another note - it seems that Kropserkel is now offering real metal maille skirt (gold or silver) at a price of $200.
