Thats fantastic..... I can really use those measurements!

I've done a very rough test fit with some masking tape just to take a look at the overall shape and am slightly worried that, although I haven't sanded down to the line yet and have a 'too wide' mohawk, the grille fits perfectly in the mouth and I've yet to sand the bridge of the nose down!

also, I'm assuming that the 'U' shaped resin piece from the kit goes inside to re-inforce the mouth?

The "U" shaped resin piece (also referred to as "horseshoe") is the piece were the mouthpiece will be mounted on.
