Helmet is vacuformed - based off the gold guy and done with permission from the mold maker. Vacuformed in two parts as the original is . The eye scanner is adapted from same piece with alterations. Mouth grill based off of the metal one from Dale and the horseshoe grill holder is new from me. No big mysteries.
I dont know if the mold maker will make castings available but if he does then they are AWESOME! (not that mine are not but they are just different constructions)

yes it is vac formed in 2 pieces.

I painted them. They look better in the photo than in real life. They have seen a lot of use and abuse in the past.

thanks. Had to turn my attention to some essential house repairs the last few weeks. Should start working on the costume again in a few weeks
