Now till today I saw what I will call the brow line over the scanner section. I thought what I saw was a pencil or some other marking. Now I see is what looks like a section with a channel like cutting. Is it all the way though? Those helmets that were cut like that was the later version so the guys in the suit could see a bit better over the salt, and pepper holes. Mylar was used to hide the cut.

I wanted the one I did to appear as if it was taped. So it's soft and shallow.

i used a dremel fiber cut off wheel. then bondoed it smooth. i followed a line i struck first.

Besides the guide line was it free hand, or a arched guide you followed. I love how it came out.
