Right in front of the X-Wing I helped restore. It was left behind in Denver after Celebration 1 and we got it in shape for C3. The 501st Mountain Garrison, Rebel Mountain Base and the Rocky Mountain Fan Force restored it!
Who would have thought....Cylons and X-Wings!!! They go good together!

It was left behind? How can you forget your ride? Was it to be sold, or did George toss the 501 a bone?
Yeah a Cylon FLYING one of those would be cool also.

C1 was held at the closed down Lowery Air Force Base and the X-Wing was displayed in a large hanger which is the home for the Wings Over The Rockies museum. When C1 left.....they just left it! It got pretty beat up the few years it sat there....restoration was the only option!

Still working on it but so far so Sweet.

Is that the boots and undersuit you got from Kropserkle?
Wow...mine were snowshoes and the undersuit was really bad. I guess he's updated them.

The backpack also looks better as far as I can see on those pics.
But the undersuit is still not right...

It seems that he is trying to make his suit more accurate. But the undersuit is a make or break for me.

This event happens every year at Travel town in LA.
Every year the 501st attends.
This event is not open to the public. It is put on by City of hope for kids that have cancer.
Being I'm part of the 501st One of our members works for City of Hope and asked me to come.
The kids and Adults loved it.

You know, the Kropserkel suit looks good in low lighting conditions where your mind has to fill in the lack of details. It still is a decent Cylon suit, but the accuracy is far from perfect...especially for the high price tag.
