Be sure to hollow out the body a lot for electronics.

Well have had kind of a setback.the major thing I work off of is the clear tube.had to use 1 1/4 inch with CKs rifle.want to use 1 1/2 inch outer diameter for the next one to fit the nozzle just right.come to find out schedule 40 clear pvc is measured from inside diameter.this is after I bought two pieces from eBay....FRAK.... me......

News update .... believe I have found the right size tube for the old style rifle.so along with making a pistol for CK.I can get started on the rifle to.yyeeehhaaawww.I like a lot of projects on my plate at one time.will also be contemplating that updated version to. plus finishing my disrupter.wooo I better get to work.....wish me luck guys....

You have so many cool projects going on - wow! I have a table saw and band saw... too bad you are stuck in that near tropical Florida!
That 'nuRifle' would ROCK as a real prop. But make sure you can hold it with hockey gloves on

I'd like the way they'd plan to modernize the classic rifle.
Sadly, it wasn't used for the new series, but it would be great to see it as real prop indeed...
Good luck with the pistol build, by the way. Hope the photos I've sent will help.

they will help very much.thanks red eye.just working out a few tool and material issues..

That is a very cool concept drawing. I haven't noticed it in the past. It sure does have a true touch of the original to it. A great photo.
