Re: Original warrior jacket
I recall those being in Star Log magazine for sale. I never bought back in the day because they were to short in the sleeve area for me. I finally bought one a few years ago, and well it wasn't a bad price either. Including inflation I bet I was able to buy it cheaper priced than original cost. It is very clean, and had pins replaced with screen accurate ones, over the ones it came with.

I had one of these as a kid and loved it. I removed the patch and dyed it brown and it was perfect. I wish I still had it.

Re: Original warrior jacket
Just today my dad showed this pic to me... it's me in my homemade uniform, plus the battlejacket discussed here. This would be about 1979, so I would probably be 10.

Re: Original warrior jacket
It's one of the Starlog jackets, but I dyed it brown because it came in olive green! The rest of the uniform was home-made. I ordered a tunic for $60 from a guy back east named "Captain Buddy Brown" shortly after this pic, and I remember it looked pretty accurate... but problem was I had grown and it took the guy a year to send it out. Needless to say, it didn't fit me when I got it!!!
