Here's the better-quality scan for the Computer Council Member a.k.a. Dr. Theopolis as promised:
And here are some threads from the Replica Prop Forum that would be a great help/reference for your build:

Those ar egreat photos, and the 1st one I ran to was the one with the IC chops. I was curious what they used, and knew it wasn't a working chip that was used when I asked about years ago by the guy that owned it at the time, and he said they were functioning chips that were just dispaly only, but still I looked, and they sure look disabled because the pins look like they are folded under the chip, and then held in by with silicon or something.

WOW! THANK YOU RED EYE... Dr. Theo jackpot
I didn't realize the prop was so complex - yikes! But a good challenge and one that can be done on a budget (not like an R2-D2 build). I am going to have to try it

I did read that one of the replica ones built did fold the IC pins over, and that the real deal one was in a socket. A budget saver idea if you want to go that route.

I am having trouble seeing the PIH pages. The links are no longer any good. Is there a way to reload them?

They should be within our Buck Rogers gallery (I think) - and it's next up to be restored.
Keep an eye out, I'll work on the PiH pages first over the next few days.
