If he's not a member here, why not inviting him to become one?

I'm not sure if he is or not, but he pointed me here for reference and help, so he does know about you guys. His Cylon undersuit will be displayed on a mannequin only and not worn. Maybe that would be why he isn't a member, if he isn't?

One more question, if you don't mind:

How much of the gunmetal vinyl is needed for making one suit?
