boot armor vocoder design

Hi, building a new platinum battle Cylon and need to find boot armor....any ideas on how to build them...also I can instruct on how to build a real time vocoder unit.. battery powered that takes your voice in real time and mixes with eye warble.. can do silver or gold version any one want to know message me parts are expensive
