Looking good Dave. though you knew I thought that anyway. ;)

Hello to everyone else. :) I'm Skip of SPC, I designed the Boushh helmet model and a few other things. Mckenic sent me a link to this thread so I thought I'd come over and check it out.

A great Cylon forum you have here!

Welcome SPC, did you do the original Boushh design, or the Boushh is being worked on here?

Oh no! :) I didn't design the original Boushh concept.

I modelled the helmet in 3D and created the templates that Dave is working on here to make his own helmet.

Oh, call me Skip. ;) Everyone who knows me does. My sirname is Skupinski so I've been called Skip since I was a nipper.

Hey Skip!

Glad you dropped in - I think you might like it around here, its a GREAT resource and I fully believe Dale knows all there is to know about screen accurate Cylons!

:)

I realise you are up the walls so this is just an idea to kick around... if you get a chance to check out the pics on the main site, would the viper helmet be difficult to model??? Just a thought...

Chat to you soon!

Dave

Which helmet buddy? TOS or New Series? Ya know there's already a TOS Viper pilot helmet? It's in 1/1 scale too.

At the Zealot cardmodel forum. In the Sci-fi section one of the members there has designed a nice TOS Viper helmet. He built his using card only but instaled the light bar. Looks really good too.

I know you do for models in their download section. Though I'm not sure abour files that have been uploaded to threads. It's well worth looking around there though. ;)

No worries mate. :)

It's surprising how few know about papermodelling and the things you can do with card and a printer. ;)
