New photo found
Don't know if it helps, but I've found a new/old photo of the Gamoray IL-Series Cylon on display at the 20 Yahren Reunion (September 4-6, 1998).

Yes. The costume was auctioned on Profiles in History during their 20th Hollywood Auction in December 2004 with an estimated price of $12.000 - 15.000, where it didn't sell.
But it was sold at a later date for $27.500 to a private collector. So it's still out there somewhere...
The complete Specter costume was also for sale at the 16th PiH Auction in 2003, where it was sold for $900.
Sadly, the underrobe was cutted into pieces to be used for the Costume Cards released by Rittenhouse Archives.
The cloak is still in one piece and is part of a private collection.

Re: New photo found
I have spoke with the owner of Ritten house, and the don't cut up an entire costume in most cases. They use the unseen parts that are on the inside like the linning, and use that. Only back ground costumes seen once or twice were ever cut up in to tiny little pieces, and never to be seen again except in a 1 x 1 piece of card.
