Cylon skirt

Post by GoldCylon » Tue Mar 07, 2006 12:10 pm

If anyone is looking for a screen accurate, size, cut and color Cylon skirt I have a Whiting & Davis skirt for sale. The information below comes to me from the Whiting & Davis company. Not since the original order was place for the production of BSG has the original color code on these skirts been made till I placed my order. I had to place a large order for them to make the original color. Post a reply, and I will email you the price if you would like to get a rare item.

Hi Ryan
Welcome on board. I have good news, and bad news. First I should have pulled this posting, because I sold the last skirt, and it is sitting on the table ready to go to Germany. The good news, that William 80'sKid order some more last week. They should be here in a few weeks. I'll email both of you so you can talk with each other about buying a skirt.

Skirt arrived - thanks William

Post by cybertrooper » Sun Jul 23, 2006 6:58 am

I just wanted to say to everybody that my skirt arrived today (that sounds funny) and it looks, feels and weighs spot on.

Thanks William for taking the effort to chase this up for the cylon community. To all prospective builders out there, I fully endorse William as a great seller and an asset to the community.

Thanks, Patrick

Thank you Patrick for that feedback :D As of today we have 8 left. $208 shipped in the USA. International will be more. We use EMS Express Mail Service to International buyers but cost around $32 to $35 to ship.

re: skirt material?

Post by Ohedron » Thu Mar 22, 2007 11:15 pm

Is there anyone who has more material for skirts? OR can a person use something like chainmail for a skirt?

Thanks

I would ask 80sKid William, he had a few left last time we talked. He place an order from the original copany that made them for the show back in 1978.
